Distinctly underwhelmed by that book

I gave in and read my mates book... I wont be reading the others. It didnt turn me on at all. The hero is not sexy and the heroine gets really annoying. The sex scenes r really repetetive and ive read far better on our stories and fantasies forum. Im quite gay so maybe thats it but i dont understand why its suposed to be sexy. Ladies what did u like about it?
