some of my actions are highly premeditated (I'm sure that I am not alone in that!)

I eat cereal and crackers in the morning (a habit) and work at night (a passion)

During the day I often have to prepare psychologically for my nightwork which I do without distraction.

As that work can be strenuous!

I am a quiet type with a healthy smile and I am seeking new friends.

(Oh yes, and I am writing a book about nocturnal behaviour among primates)

If interested in communicating with me upon that subject add me to your friends list.

It might (laugh) bore your mind!
