"Good O.P. Glad to hear that. Have you got a specific goal in mind ?" Well I was thinking of doing a 10km. Did one 4 years ago. With very little training but under a hour was my goal. Now can run 2 and half miles. Slight stop. And start but getting stronger. And fitter. But just keeping to 1 or 2 Miles training at the minute mainly due to lack of time. | |||
