A strong man transcends muscles all the same. For me, My bod was starting to slouch, I couldn't be done with that personally, and besides training is good for the ol' mental fortitude.

As for the shape, I have tended to go for slim/buff (ish) guys but I'm mainly concerned about what they're actually like...
