Motivation...

Ok - so, i not really wanting to post things like this - but thought i might find a few tips...

Would any of you lot recommend anything for motivation and finding the 'mustar' that seems to have been lacking in me... Basically - my get up and go - grew legs n fookerd off ... xx

set goals, they dont need to be big things, the more you do the more your able to do

Lots of things .. depends why you think it may have buggered off?

Are you bored with your current love life, sex life or other interests?

If so would a change of one or the other help? Something new? Somewhere new? Somemone new?

Have you looked after yourself emotionally lately or have you neglected to care for you, inside?

How about a good all round health check? Hormones, Vitamins, Thyroid, Cholesterol, Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Liver, Kidneys - ask your GP.

Have you been eating healthily, properly and regularly? If not maybe you should.

Hope you get your Mojo back

I had been lacking iron after ma lil man, n various things in life have come along to knock the wind out of my sail... I guess a few vitamins and more rabbit food are the way forward cheers xx

dont try and boil the ocean either, Small steps will make a big difference. and dont eat crap, drink too much (yes i know, rabbit food and all that), and do something that allows you to focus on one thing, a run, swimming etc

Aww lol, thanks hun - i don't drink often, and indeedy - not too much at once... all is not that bad lol, was just pondering, but i think ma vitamins will be a good start x
