"So, what’s your clever tip? How do you motivate yourself? What methods do you use? For me, I love using resistance bands to help target specific muscles. I am not motivated at all to go to a gym, I know I wouldn’t go, but I use Amazon prime workouts at home. I also have a dog who stares at me until I walk him, which really helps Like you gyms bore me... Using an app and have changed my lifestyle to claw back time so I can eat breakfast and workout on lunch breaks.. Enjoying the new me.... | |||

"If I’m lacking motivation, I remind myself I always feel better afterwards, mental health is my primary reason, the physical benefits are just an added bonus. The other factor is a chance to explore, I’ve found so many new trails and places since I’ve been running, cycling. Found an amazing trail only about 3 miles from my house, it has an expansive view of Dartmoor, then you descend down into a brook that I never knew was there, I couldn’t believe I lived here most of my life and I’ve never come across it before. " Agree, improving mental health is a big part of it. | |||

"My PT at the gym. She is the owner of the gym and is an amazing lady. She motivates me immensely, and is a constant huge support, and has helped me transformed my physical fitness and health, my mental health, and in whole, my life. I struggle when the gym isn't open, although thankfully one of my jobs is very physical 7 days a week atm so it's keeping my fitness levels up. I wish I had discovered it years ago, life could of been a whole load easier. I never thought that I would be that person to say I love exercise, but I do. The benefits are amazing. | |||
