What I mean by that is I've learned that it's OK to have an off day but obviously if it's a little bit more long term or unmanageable then might be worth chatting to someone. Hope you feel better soon. X" This is really important - it's definitely okay to feel crap every now and again, it doesn't necessarily need to be fixed. Wallowing can be good for resetting. You can have different activities for those days and learn to enjoy it...... RGU k if it like allowing yourself to have a real good cry at a funeral, you feel content after. | |||
