I go for a stiff walk each day. I have a set route that I must do in 31 minutes. So good for my legs but need to do something for upper body. | |||

Something non riders don't realise The chair can be a good workout yes, but it's also a pain in the arse in wet weather, on broken/pot holed pavements, where there's no dropped kerbs etc. It can be very annoying | |||

"Normal work out ruteine just now 3 set off 8 standing overhead behind the neck miltery press 3 sets off 8 L shape pull ups 3 sets off 8 normal pull ups 3 sets off 8 barbell rows 3 sets off 8 bench press 3 sets off 8 dumbbell side bends Drop set sit ups 50 sit ups with wight normal totally to 300 sit ups Weighted dips Then barbell curles And then alternate days off dead lifts or squats to finsh up Normal a 2 hour 30 work out time " Why would you do this? Tbh its a bit mixed up... Do your back workouts on another session to your shoulders for a start...why stop at 8 reps for all those exercises.. Pullups...and bodyweight stuff gor that matter...go to failure each set..your body and CNS can recover fast with bodyweight. Alternate and give body parts a few days rest...do your main compound exercises then if you want throw in somr fillers...you really wont need much if any core work if your hitting your compound moves with alot of intensity and weight...hope this helps | |||
