Yeah it's the switching sleeping pattern that messes with you isn't it, but once your in it I suppose your set. Curious... What do you do on your days off, do you still go home and go sleep to remain in your pattern or not?

On my last shift i will have an hour or 2 sleep then up enjoy the day and bed at night otherwise i find you miss your days off if you atay in the same routine but its what works for you really
