Hi anyone else looking forward to gyms opening...I’m no gym bunny but it’s good to relax...missing the heated outdoor pool

I'm booked in for a leg session the first day back. So probably won't be able to walk the rest of the week.

I've done Zoom PT most days of the gym closures, but miss the squat rack more than my family.

I must say I found going to the gym very boring and tedious myself. Can't help thinking that unless the gym staff sterilise each machine between each user and have a very effective air filtration system in the room that it's a prime location to spread covid and one to avoid

I think I seen stat were it was one of safest places...mine only open outdoors from 29th March

You have to wipe your own equipment before and after use with anti bact spray. Not did my local gym have a single case when it was aloud open
