Yes, constant mobile phone use would put me off too.

And someone who doesn't make a good effort to keep the conversation going and doesn't ask open questions and just talks about themselves. Bad hygiene, obviously. Someone who is rude to staff if we are out to eat or drink etc. I'd definitely be running home.

I think I love guys and women these days do come across a little bit arrogant sometimes it is better just to be brutally honest if you don't like that person the minute you see them be honest

Snobbery, poor hygiene, and sometimes poor dress sense. I don't mean look like a model or latest fashion, but at least try to wear clothes that fit/match and look tidy.

And if they Really gobby/ loud / obnoxious.

If she turned up wearing a headset with a mic on and she was talking and I’d answer and she’d put her hand up and kept saying ‘Sorry, I wasn’t talking to you, I’m speaking to Craig from work!’ Then she asked a question and I didn’t answer cause I thought she was still speaking to Craig from work and she was like ‘Ok, I’m talking to you know!’ And then I went to answer and she put her hand up again and said ‘Sorry, another call coming through!’

But she’s hot and I sort of admire her confidence to wear a headset out in public, even though she’s incredibly annoying, I’m gonna stick with it, see where it goes.

In appearance it's bitten nails or poor teeth that raise the red flag for me.

In attitude it's excessive phone use or purile humour.

Yes absolutely a fine line between the two. Someone with confidence just has an easier way about them that is far more appealing and attractive

My main put off is people who have lied about their appearance.

I once met someone who clearly wasn’t the person in their photos. When I mentioned it they claimed to have “accidentally” sent pictures of their cousin without realising.

Someone trying to look down my top or asking me to stand up so they can see my bum.

Absolutely agree with this, my perception is that women like men to be confident but if we are not confident by nature we might try to hard and come over as arrogant. I'm shy ish but have an on stage persona as a musician/singer and I have been accused of being arrogant at gigs so abviously tried too hard to hide my lack of confidence.
