If you're feeling down in the dumps sometimes the best thing to do is go outside for a walk yesterday I don't do much walking a lot of the time I do prefer to use my car to do anything even to go to the corner shop but yesterday I decided to go out for a nice walk clear my head best thing I've done in ages.

Exercise is the most underutilized antidepressant in the world! Plus it's free and without harmful side effects ... bonus!

Not totally harmless.... When I go out I deliberately walk into the cake shop.

Good idea OP, I'm watching for a break in the rain and then I'll get some fresh air.

I got a new tank and some tropical fish, it makes me feel great and so calm watching them, I think it must be the indoor fins.
