I'm making homemade Nandos type thing (which is so much better )

I'm doing a whole roast chicken with lemon and rosemary so I can eat leftovers all weekend.

Crispy potato wedges in their skins, beetroot and carrot slaw and corn on the cob.

And of course shop bought medium Nandos sauce

On a mooch

Naked burrito, pork, diced chorizo, rice, peppers, onion, fresh tomato & onion salsa, sour cream and lettuce served with guacamole and nachos. Easy dinner and can graze at it over a couple of hours

It takes little effort to create something like Nandos - I really don't understand why people buy takeaways like this.

It's average at best.

The only good thing about it is the sauce

Yes that’s right, no tortilla, I prefer it without and then I can mix it all up and scoop on to nachos. The nachos I spread guacamole on before scooping up the burrito contents. Works with left over fajita chicken as well

Chicken Selects, Tennessee Bourbon ribs, crinkle cut chips and baked beans.

Washed down with a nice little white wine.
