And I get the impression most people that have commented on this so far haven’t actually got the jist of what its about. I’m not out here saying that you lot are old, its just a thread for a specific demographic on here, yet it hasn’t really had the desired affect.

This is a great idea so hats off to you OP! I’m 28 so would say I’m deemed as “young” on here

I’m usually always in and out of the forums but you are right, don’t see many people on them of a similar age to myself but it’s all good. I find the more you get involved the more you’ll be noticed

I find this. I hate text speak and one word replies (the majority of which I encounter from this demographic, in my experience). I want to have a conversation, not decipher a garbled message and talk to a wall I find people older than me have a more mature mindset and the conversation flows better. That's just my opinion of course

Yeah, I will give you that. I think some youngsters join the site for the wrong reasons with skewed expectations and this leads to the sorts of experiences I described. BUT I have chatted to a few people who buck this trend and it's always refreshing to encounter.
