I always had back and chest acne which has made me really self conscious, would you be put off a meet if someone had back and chest acne ?

I’ve met a fair for single females who were fine with it, one of them even tried to pop them lol

To be honest depends on the extent of it. I occasionally have cystic acne. If it looked liked they would pop if I touched them then I think it would be an issue for me.

Why don't you try self-healing or massage.

I wouldn't be too bothered to be honest unless you were bleeding. My partner has psoriasis all over his body, really big patches of dry red skin but I never even take notice to be honest.

I struggle with acne too and it is not something I'd ever shame anyone for as it is out of our control and we already feel shitty enough about it right!

Have you tried any skincare products? I can give you a list if you like?

Sounds painful, I know you've probably tried loads. But some of the advice on female bloggers who deal with skin care maybe of use. Give you new products you could try

There was a woman at work who had something topical, I think there were limits how many time you could use it. No idea what it was called though.

Yes sure!

I'm not sure if you know but acids are amazing for clearing up your skin.

I've had the most success with lactic acid. The Ordinary do a huge bottle and it doesn't cost much. If you can, pour some on a flannel and rub it over the areas that are effected.

Salicylic acid is also very effective at clearing up acne. The Ordinary do a bottle for about a fiver, but if the acne is over your body you'll go through the bottle in no time so you're best trying out a body cream like Cerave smoothing cream with salicylic acid. You can get this from Boots for about a tenner and it helps to clear up body breakouts quite quickly for me.

Cerave is a great brand and has so many products for acne prone skin. I'd take a look at them if you haven't already.

If you're using acids and exposing your skin to the sun please use a high SPF50 as your skin will be very sensitive sensitive sunlight.

Have you looked at your diet too?? I find my skin looks much better when I am sensible with sugar and dairy!
