Changing to a couple's profile

Guys and girls I need help. How do I change my profile too a couple's one. For some reason my wife has been taken of for some reason and I don't know how or why. Many thanks xx

This happened to me when I first started. Opposite way round. some random who didn’t like being told no reported me as a couple, and they changed me to a couples profile.

It took a lot of pestering, status updates, regular messages but they changed it back eventually.

They’re quite busy so keep on at them and they should sort it for you x
