Fabs Bad for your health

Lol addicted to forums now getting into chat. How many of us are sleep deprived for fear of missing any thing lol. I chain smoke when on too not good my lungs are ready to give up. Bit like the pub a beer and a fag goes together same as a fag and chat lol.

I live on my own and dont watch much television, that is why i spend so much time on here. When im doing stuff i dont think about it, but i do like to catch up on the threads that ive missed but i usually only read down the first page, rarely will i go further to see if ive missed anything

but it's not a bad addiction ... it harms nobody else, it has no bad health effects on you (aslong as you do get some beauty sleep).

I've never had a problem with it and use it for swinging in the main and dont put silly amounts of time in on here. Well you can't really meet up with people if you are on here all the time can you.

I spent all of yesterday on here, but that was mainly because of meet that was supposed to be happening, but wa cancelled at the last minute.

When im not working, I probably spend a little too much time on here, lol
