Love it too, and like bussy I just end up hungry too, once ened up going to KFC after watching a fried chicken episode as me and the kids were so hungry

used to live in usa for a few years, and yes i eat like that, everyone did, came home and was always hungry.

back to normal now tho

i always like the ones where the cook the racks of ribs over the charcoal etc

i can usually be found in a puddle of my own drool during those episodes

They did show a behind the scenes episode once that shows how much he exercising for a couple of hours after each challenge. He also does a lot more while travelling to each city.

Even with all that, it looks like his doctor has told him to give it up because he doesnt do any of the big eating challenges in the new series, they're all done by local people who write into the show

Oh don't get me started on salads in America , was over there and was just get sick of the enormas portion sizes so thought I'd just have a salad

Well you should have seen the size if the bloody thing when they brought it to my table

Everybody stopped what they was doing and watched as the waitress struggled to carry this whopping big plate of salad

I have never ever seen anything like it such a waste of food as when I had finished it looked like I had not even started

Love it!

Though it csn make me feel sick or hungry deoending on wether or not I've just eaten lol.

Apparently he takes laxatives the day before a challenge to nake himself as empty as possible. He obviouisly doesn't eat like that on a daily basis, althouigh he's chunky he's by no means huge, I actually think he's quite cute, lovely eyes!

No I quite like cooking etc., and it's not the fat Americans that I have a problem with per se, it's the whole culture of greed (including financial greed) that they are just puppets in as they fall for all of the ad men and line the pockets of the even greedier company's who have no problem about raping the planet and how much destruction they cause, just so long as their profits keep rising.

It's another pile of trash television, from a trash culture and the more shite we keep swallowing the more they'll feed us. Religion is dead (Thankfully), unfortunately it has been replaced by the new gods McDonalds, X-Factor etc. to keep the general populace at bay and stop them thinking.
