I can understand the deeper meaning of it. However, I wouldn't put too much effort into trying to start something that isn't sex related on these forums. Most people don't care about that, they just want mindless topics and silly games.

I think it's one of those things where if you think about it, really think about it, it can make ya feel embarrassed to be part of.

Yes we may be the same species but we're far from identical, yet that doesn't mean we should look down on other people, but at the same time don't put me in the same category as Ted Bundy.

I like to believe that! It's a shame that most of the times, the ones who advocate against racism are the same ones who incite it.

I think that it’s one of those twee scribblings that appear on the internet, which seem to speak the truth but actually don’t hold anything more than vague platitudes or cute word play.

When you actually think about it, it makes little to no sense but it seems like it should be a positive sentiment, so it gets passed on

Race is a social construct of relatively recent origin. Clearly it has acquired meanings which are widely accepted and applied but these have zero scientific basis. All humans are members of the species Homo Sapiens and our physical differences are trivial compared to those found in other species.

But to sum it up. One race. Human race.

There's lots of variants due to geographic location originally but in a world with constant movement that created "different"people...

All I can say is... Treat the others like you would like to be treated... But respect others wishes as well. (In case the way you like to be treated is as a total slut that loves contact with others)

This!

I find it racism and other 'phobias very strange. yes, they are different than me but I'd rather learn bout that than fear them.

all these things are not chosen by those birthed into this world:

skin colour

gender & sex orientation

birth place & where raised

family

your natural looks inc height

genetic health conditions (mental or physical

etc

99.something% is genetically the exact same in all of us, so we are literally picking on 1% of differences between us....pointless.

If you're interested in this stuff then look up "genetic isopoint", which some estimate was about 13 generations ago (300 - 400 years).

Race is a fuzzy concept, it kinda exists but the boundaries are blurred.

It's not. It's a quote from a prominent anti racism lady (I forget her name but seen quite a few videos of hers). She was a teacher who taught about racial inequality by segregating all pupils with blue eyes etc. Ground breaking considering it was in the 50's/60's I think.

Race is a human made concept. We are ALL humans as a species simple.

No species(or very few for the pedantic) have identical members of the species (minus identical twins) we are all different, this is why you can identify different leopards from their spots, zebras by stripes etc. We are no different & certainly of the same species of mixed raced children would be sterile like ligers & mules are..because it's incompatible for reproduction in nature.
