It came up on my time hop thingymajig today that it's been a year since I had a night out with my mates! One mate announced that he was going to be a dad so we had a good night!

I wish covid would do one so I can have another night out and chat up some females!

I want to go out and dance, get sweaty and breathless, achy legs and sore jaw from laughing and smiling.

.

I had met a very famous comedian who told me my voice was beautiful and I should come and work on his show.

Now I sit forlorn, my voice unloved and underappreciated. I miss the excitement of going to a seminar, of knowing my crap and dazzling people with my unexpected knowledge. Ach well, soon enough.

Due to covid we agreed to cancel our meet.. It was the last weekend before lock down... If I'd known then, what i knew now, i would definitely have tried to make it happen

I guess on the upside we are still safe and one day we will hopefully meet again

The WHO classified Covid as a pandemic on my birthday, 11th March.

This time last year, we were recovering from my 50th birthday party, held at Hellfire.

Little did we know it would be our last time at a club for a long while.

Hopefully we can be back to somewhere normal soon.

It's a year on the 23rd that we first went into lockdown... What a year this has been. I had a night out on the summer with some friends when restrictions were relaxed but it was socially distanced and crap. Can't wait for life again!

This time last year every time I went to the pub or something I would leave saying goodbyes ect and say might not see you in a while when we go into lockdown, most people thought I was mad and it would never come over here

This time last year i was spending time with my mum at a spa break weekend in the Borders. In the same hotel were the young, french rugby squad as six nations were going on. I remember talking to a man in the steamroom who warned me things were going to get bad. He was not wrong.

A year ago hubby was just recovering from mumps that I had most likely picked up from a rather hot guy in a club 4 weeks before. Happy days
