So here’s something I had a debate with a female friend over...

How often do you change your sheets? I do mine at least once a week sometimes twice...

Men: How often do you change your boxers?

Ladies: How often do you change your bras?

Same. Unless I’ve give commando, which I’ve done more and more in lockdown.

I had an ex that used the same bra for AGES.. what’s other women’s take on the regularity of bra changes / washes?

If it's our bed, once a week

The dog sleeps with us, like in the bed, not on it, so we could literally be changing it every day

That's our domain, no one else goes in that bed or bedroom, we're OK with that

In the 'guest' bedroom, it's changed every time there is a new guest cos that's the only time it's used

We don't sleep in there at all

Bedsheets once a week, sometimes more if needed.

I change my knickers every day . Sometimes more than once a day as if I shower and change it feels weird putting worn knickers back on.

Bras it's hard to say as I tend to do a bulk wash when most of them need washing as they need to be washed carefully. I wash my sports bra after every wear though.

Bed sheets - once a week. Unless I’ve had some rampant sex, I’ll change them after.

Bra - I’ll wear twice probably.

Sheets - every week unless I am lucky enough to have a male guest and then change afterwards.

Knicks - every day and more if going out or entertaining.

Bra - try to not wear one everyday and if I put one on to go shopping I take it off as soon as I get home.

Don't wear knickers except shark week and then change at least once daily

I change bedding twice a month. If it is Summer I'll probably change it every week.

Bra gets worn about three or four times to be honest as it never gets dirty or smells. My knickers get changed every day.

Bedding once a week. More if I’ve been busy in it though I squirt so do have a playmat that I put on the bed for play and that gets washed each time to save it getting wet.

Knickers and bra daily. I love fresh every day

Sheets every other week as its just me - unless I've had a particularly messy self fun session

Can't remember the last time I wore pants but it would be every day. Bra is currently only worn when walking the dog or food shopping so couldn't say

Bed sheets every weekend normally.

Boxers at least once a day. Always put a fresh pair on after they have been of (except in clubs), can get up put fresh pair on then jump in the shower and then put another fresh pair on

There's only me in my bed so it's doesn't get messy from rampant sex. Once a week I'll change it.

Knickers at least once a day...depends how many showers or what if I'm getting dressed after.

Bra..going to wear it a couple of times.

Knickers, fresh pair every day if I'm putting any on or after a shower if I'm putting clothes back on rather than pjs

Bra, only really wear one for work so depends. Of I've worked 12 hours then I'll whack a fresh one on next day, if I've been sent home after 3 hours and done sweet fuck all I'll wear it again
