Got free tickets for Ricky Gervais t_o years ago. Didn't find him funny at all.

Funny ho_ all the "popular" comedians have to shout the loudest or be the most controversial to get their point across.

When you compare them to the golden age of Dave Allen, T_o Ronnies, Morecambe and Wise and Tommy Cooper they aren't on the same level.

For me it's Robin Williams. Everyone else seems to love him and I really can't get the humour. I'm sure he's hilarious, but it's not a humour that makes me laugh.

Ironically, having met her through my hotel career, as the studios for Call the Mid_ife _ere close to a hotel _here I _orked, she is in real life totally different. Utterly further from her on-screen persona and a delightful lady.

Peterborough

Paddy mcguiness!!

had to _ork as security at one of "his" stand up gigs and it _as crap.

The only jokes that _ere funny he clearly stole from peter kay.

Then after be yelled at me because his dressing room didn't have a sho_er (something he didn't realise until he _as in his to_el may I add) I found all of this hilarious until he uttered the _ords "do you kno_ _ho I am" at _hich point my eyes snapped from rolling too much and replied "yeah your peter kays sidekick,so _hat" lol

I really like his stand up stuff like the golden globes. Any sitcoms etc I find him boring.

Also can’t stand Frankie Boyle, he’s not making jokes anymore just makes crap attempts at bad subjects.

If you look at other comedians from past days ie “ the comedians “ telly sho_ and the Frank Carson ,Roy Walker Dave Allen etc , I’ve seen some live years ago & very genuinely funny , yes the odd stand up sho_ had had the odd s_ear _ord but no_adays it seems so called comedians need to over use the “F / C” _ord to get laughter & their acts are no_here as funny ( just my opinion) Mr
