Not to make light of the current issue but it should be noted that while the majority of killers/murderers are men, the female victims over the past decade have been about 31% in England and Wales and including Scotland, just over 20%.

In essence the majority of victims are also men. My point is that murder is a crime that only certain kinds of individuals are capable of and such people make up only a very small percentage of the general population. Women also commit murder and men should not in general be tarred with the brush of possible murderer just because they are men.

Women are statistically more likely to murder an abusive partner after many many years than anyone else! And incredibly rarely strangers...

I don’t think anyone has argued with the stats mate.

But it’s opened up a wider conversation about how women feel in publics spaces. And the behaviour that they are subject to. The fact everyone has an experience has certainly made me think.
