Is it coffee/tea or food first? Toast/cereal or the full english? Do you just crave another hours sleep? Crave peace and quite?

For years now I have had this happen...

The second I wake up I am ravenous! I lie there thinking of all the things I'm going to eat when I get up. By the time I get up, Im not hungry at all
