What does this actually MEAN though??

Would people that write this on their profiles LITERALLY be up for ANYTHING?

Because, I mean, I can suggest some stuff. Not stuff that I would ever do, mind. But stuff that would definitely at least make them back away slowly.

Alas the grass remains uncut, the gutters still need emptying and the lamppost at the end of the drive is still broken.

It's a very poor way of saying "I'm new to this, I understand there's a full world of sexuality to be explored, but have no idea of my likes and dislikes, would someone like to tell me what they would like so I can expand my horizons and decide if that's something I feel I'd like to know more about"
