I absolutely fucking cannot abide people who don't take pride in their work!

I QC a lot of other people's work and some of the stuff I see is shocking. But really simple stuff that if they take an extra 5 seconds on would look a lot more professional. I know they know what to do (because I've told them countless times

) but they still continue to be happy with what they're putting out.

Just because it's functional doesn't make it meet the required standard.

If I do something I'm all in and I do it to the best of my ability as I understand that work is a representation of myself. It might just be me and please offer s counter argument if I'm being unreasonable but I can't get my head round people who don't share this mentality. Blows my fucking mind.

For some folk work is just a means to an end so they give only as much as they feel is necessary. For some work that’s fine but for a lot of work it isn’t and I completely get where you are coming from. It’s very frustrating when you see someone hasn’t done what they needed to.
