Abstaining for Exercise

What is everyone’s thoughts on this? - Beneficial or not?

I’m getting back into shape having really let myself go during the pandemic and Tink is doing the same.

I’m cycling 10 miles a day for Cancer Research throughout March and it dawned on me yesterday that my focus on achieving this has meant I’ve not even thought about sex since February, which in turn got me thinking...

When you’re exercising hard, especially when there is a goal in mind, is it better to abstain from orgasm and channel that energy into what you’re doing?

I always remember that story about the England football squad and the ban on sex, is there some science behind it or is it literally bollocks?!

My theory is, have sex and do exercise, double the exercise and fun- bonus!
