Dream Meal

If you could have a dream meal, sides and drink what would you have? Like would you go for a dessert, a main meal or a Tesco Meal deal?

If anyone says Surströmming as their meal I’m blocking you. Be scared.

Without, just a regular cheese pizza with doner kebab strands on top

Under the Duvet

There used to be a Sri Lankan restaurant in Hastings that did the most amazing beetroot curry, which might sound odd but it was one of the best things I have ever put in my mouth.

And also their onion bhajis were more like onion tempura, so some of them too plus all the pickles and popadoms and breads too.

And I'm sure I could find room for a slice of the passionfruit vegan cheesecake I tried in Borough market plus a slice of Daim cake too please.

Then after a brief lie down a nice cheeseboard

My husbands amazing lentil and tomato pie, with a side of lasagne (not that they go together, I just can't choose between them) with some roast brocoli and asparagus on the side.

Oh and red velvet cake and ice cream for dessert

Hmm... erm...

Platter for starter... crispy duck, chicken wings and baked camembert.

A fillet steak/roast dinner/carvery mash up for main.

And a trio of sticky toffee, raspberry pavlova and strawberry sponge cake (with cream, custard and icecream) for dessert...

Still cheating?

Ohhh I'm going to try the pie, I make lentil and tomatoe stew but the idea of encasing that in pastry so divine.

Hot chicken wings smothered in Franks hot sauce and a blue cheese dip

When Frankie and bennys were good, they used to do a Philly cheese steak bake pasta, I loved that, with a side of garlic dough balls

Hot gooey chocolate brownie with vanilla icecream and a raspberry sauce

I couldnt manage more but if I could, a cheese and pickles board too
