Watching them grow within their people management roles... I loved it. Nothing more rewarding than people bringing out the best in others. One guy I spotted as someone with talent when others said no way.... Years later, he was my boss for 3 months... now a managing director with one of the biggest banks. | |||

I had a great career and I loved so much watching people progress. Watching them grow within their people management roles... I loved it. Nothing more rewarding than people bringing out the best in others.
One guy I spotted as someone with talent when others said no way.... Years later, he was my boss for 3 months... now a managing director with one of the biggest banks.

I read a line somewhere about a guy who lived with a tribe in teh amazon and he saw how happy and content they wrere even though theye were poor by our standards
