Last year 20/20 .... I saw on facebook someone had posted a video of a couple having full on sex... naked too!! In a cemetery!! Right next to a person's grave.

Agreed, and I will caveat my above comments that damaging the memorials is wrong. Deliberately is very wrong, recklessly is still wrong.

Fucking on a memorial, and getting off on the fact that it is a grave is concerning.

Fucking in an open space that happens to also be a grave yard ....for me.... not a major issue. So long as people who don't want to be exposed to public sec aren't ecposed

Agreed.

Its the motivation that would determine that in our view. Random couple pops into a cemetery for a spit of amore with the added thrill of doing it somewhere traditionally spooky, isn't the same as the same couple doing it on the grave of someone they have an unhealthy agenda with.

Again that's not so clear cut either, what if the dead person was abusive, unfaithful And mentally cruel, then there's a case to say the sex act might be a way of bringing exposure.

Its all about context...
