If you go on the app store ror whichever device your using and search video bluring u should be able to find one quite easily

Some of the videos I’ve seen on here the whole action needs to be blurred out

Yeah, we've tried that with fairly poor results, so looking for recommendations for ones that people have experience of using

There's an iPhone app called Faceblurry. It's free and has the option to blur or pixelate faces in videos, it can be a little fiddly to get 100% right but it actually does work pretty well
