King's Lynn

Just getting back into running having suffered with a pinched nerve in my shoulder. 2.7 mile Sunday run at 10:13 mile pace, not my most impressive but feel so good after it.

Any fellow Sunday morning runner's here?

How did you run go? Did you get the runner's high?

London/ South West (Devon, Somerset).

Well done. 5 k in 30 minutes is by my aim. But like someone else in the thread I need last nights bottle of red to go away first. So maybe run later. Btw OP that’s a very good time!

It’s pretty amazing how quick you can improve at running, I went from never having run at 44 years old to a two hour half marathon in about 18 months....BUT

I just wasn’t keen on turning into a “runners shape” if you know what I mean.

I hope you enjoy it, I have a friend who wants me to go cycling with him. And I know it's less stressful on joints, but I just love running lol.

No I think 24 mins odd is a pb.

I need to do a spint/slow/sprint/ slow kind of training run then go again... that really helps I think.
