How good are you at keeping hydrated?

I'm not great at drinking water on its own so will have sugar free squash instead.

I bought a huge 2l drinks bottle and try to drink at least one a day. I did once get told its based on weight but I think I'd be drinking 6l of water a day if that were true and my kidneys will be floating!

I drink far too much pop and monster (mango loco... Mmmmmmm... I know, I know!) and can definitely tell when my body has had enough.

Absolutely rubbish. Especially if I get involved in something, like a diy project. Some time late in the day I will wonder why I've got a headache and realise I haven't had any water since breakfast.

Under the Duvet

Last few weeks I've made a conscious effort to drink more water, at least two litres a day.

Plain tap mostly.

Got to say I've felt much better for it

The only thing I have found that has worked for me is carrying around bottles of flavoured water. I feel bad about the plastic but it's the only way I can make myself drink.

I like plain water but I forgot to drink it when the weather is cold.

I drink a glass of water when I get up, whatever I remember during the day, and one before bed.

I drink a couple of cups of tea and way too much Lucozade.

I've cut down on the Lucozade today though.

See now, I drink enough tea to sink a Battleship in the morning before I feel at least half human

Somewhere near here

I’m terrible for it and have been ill several times because of it. I’ve tried all sorts to remind me to drink but I just don’t.

If I could be like this with food then that’d be great!

I can't drink much tea due to the caffeine and a heart condition.

I always have a half-litre bottle of water next to me at home or in the office. I know how often I refill it and I know I drink four or five rounds every day, so I get my two litres. Water is pretty much all I drink. Luke

I drink decaffeinated coffee and red bush tea although I have one cup of caffeinated force a day. I can't remember the last time I drank water on its own. Here I am, 64 years old and still standing

I think as long as you're taking on fluid one way or another it's fine. We get fluid from food too.

Central

I'm fairly good and drink every hour of the day. My weakness is milk. Gallons of hot daytime drinks. Tons of water during exercise. Too many loo trips though
