Princes Risborough, Luasanne, Alderney

i have induction hobs. they're excellent. all the controlability of gas, easiest thing in the world to clean, very inexpensive to run, no humidity like you get from burning gas

Gas hob, electric oven here. My last place had induction and I can honestly say I prefer gas. The only thing I miss is that induction boils water so much quicker.

I had gas hod and electric oven for years but switched to an induction hob when I did the kitchen. I haven’t really noticed the difference, other than the job is easier to clean

I've got an induction hob and while it's insanely powerful (boils a pan of water as fast as the kettle) and very consistent for temperature, I prefer gas as you can move the pan and if the controls of the induction hob get in the slightest bit wet or something touches them, it changes something or puts it into error which is insanely annoying as it takes a few minutes to reset which can ruin your cooking.

Gas hob electric oven

It’s a small range cooker with a removable divider in the oven so day to day it’s really small, ideal for one.

Electric, mainly because there is no gas in the village I live in.

I prefer gas, but live in a communal block of flats, so only electric allowed here.

East Anglia

Gas hob and electric ovens, in Sweden we don’t have gas cookers and I love that it’s instant heat. Only thing I hate about gas hobs is how much of a pain they are to clean Freya
