This past year has been huge for lockdown being about being indoors, although we've had the freedom of outdoor exercise, anyone missing gyms like myself have just gained tonnes of weight.

Anyone here looking forward to gyms being open again and seeing a weight loss journey up for when lockdown ends?

I myself have a plan in mind to try and get my 6 pack back and build muscle that I've lost throughout this last year

I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts x

Well I definitely need to lose weight, and it's not proving as easy as it once was, I won't be joining a gym though.

I would definitely go to a gym if there weren't other people in there.

The same with swimming - all the people ruin it.

I wouldn't mind swimming, but haven't been proper swimming in years. I'd be the annoying swimmer that bumps into everyone
