Good moisturiser, primer, let it sink in, the concealer and a heavy foundation.

Setting power and use a bronzer to contour.

Then go heavy on the eyes, make sure eyeshadow doesnt clash with lippy, good deep reds and greys work well

When you say heavy foundation.... do you mean a thicker liquid type rather than a light one?
