That may come across as a bit glib and I do understand the pressure felt by many people to conform to style guides and norms of all kinds. If you find it beautiful it has value. " I like checking what's "in" because I do like guidance to feel part of something too. "I wouldn't say I am intimidated by the latest trends and those who fit into them, but the pressure definitely gets to me sometimes that I don't fit the high standards that society loves these days. I'd be lying if I said it didn't bother me. " Thanks for sharing that LBC. I do feel sometimes that to look good in a certain dress for example, I need a certain body shape. I might be right, or wrong, but the fact I don't allow myself to get out of the comfort zone on occasion, does make me frustrated. So I do push myself. Just a little.
