maybe put in 20 smaller bins you can drive over?

Paint your bin a differant colour or stick butterflies or puppies / kitten wrap prints on it!! OR

Wait for the dustmen to reverse first and put your bin behind them, but do it discreetly!! Then you can laugh at them, and they have to get you a new bin. lol.
