Anyone else have the pole dancing bug? I discovered my love for it in Cap de'agde last Summer, an amazing feeling knowing you are being watched

I have a spinning pole set up in my spare room, i use it evreyday. just simple stuff as i dont have a spotting partnet to help with inversions. good fun

Can’t wait for restrictions ease to head back to classes, such fun, great for confidence and fitness. May even try competing again next year when they restart

I'm practically self taught. You are better without a spotting partner. I went to a class, had a spotting partner. They walked off because they thought I was okay, trying a move more advanced than I was. Fell and broke my collar bone.

It took me over a year to get back on it.

I practice at home now, alone. When you have the body strength to pull these moves, do it then. I've been practicing on and off for 8 years. I can now do shoulder mounts! Something I thought I would never be able to do. Working in that iron X, give me another 8 years

Can’t wait to get my pole back up when I move!! There’s no classes where I am now though...however loads of places are doing online lessons too. YouTube handy as well...it is fun great exercise amazing if you want bruises and does make you feel Uber sexy....just don’t video and watch only to realise you just look stupidly funny
