"Not sure if it counts as meditation but before covid we did yoga during our lunch breaks at work and at the end you lay on your back very still while the teacher talks you through relaxing each part of your body. It was wonderful. A couple of sessions was just that, 45 mins of lying with your eyes closed, focusing on breathing, feeling your body relax more and more. Absolute heaven. "Mine is mainly medical anxiety..I have issues going on at the moment and about to have tests which really stresses me out so just wandering what would help" Try the videos. I just put in my earphones, relax in bed and it works. You can only give it a go ![]() | |||

"It's not easy as a relief from anxiety. The trouble is the more anxious you are the more you feel the need to force it and the less likely it is to work. Start off with an audio guided meditation, eventually you'll get to the point where you can do it yourself. Good luck OP. " Yes. It may get worse before it gets better, it's a practice. | |||
