Hello Alan. My Sunday has been chilled, started off with a cup of tea then a bacon nutty. Had a doughnut, then I needed a sleep. Then another cup of tea and a biscuit...Then I went for a walk.

Now wondering what to have for tea.

I have had a productive Sunday with household chores and then went for a nice 6 mile walk up a local mountain and am now cooking homemade chicken tikka massala, basmati rice and a garlic & coriander naan for our dinner.

Hello Alan. Its been a very up and down day. Went for a cycle this morning, then decided to change the exhaust on my harley(was hoping to get out on it tomorrow) One stud snapped

i gave up at 3pm had a shower pj's on and stuck a film on
