" That’s spot on. This was in Maldon high st which is slightly downhill so he was flying. Certainly no ‘trial’ going on here and it’s borderline if over 16. It’s going to get worse. | |||

" Same goes for the seller, wonder how many could be prosecuted. Retailers could be prosecuted for selling electric scooters without warnings after concerns about the “menace” of illegal devices on roads and pavements | |||
