Let's be optimistic and think ahead to a time we are allowed to travel. What type of holidaymaker are you?

Can’t we do both? Throw in some skiing too...

It’s been a long year after all!

Hehe. Carefree. I could do with a rum punch on the beach.

Depends. Not really a City person anymore as they’re too busy, but I love a bit of History so if there was ruins to sightsee etc I would enjoy that.

If the beach was quiet that would be ok. I don’t like busy beaches. Or dirty beaches.

"City with a beach "

This is why I love Sitges

Lovely resort, great beaches, LGBT friendly and 40 minute by direct train into central Barcelona

Also. How busy is the city? I'm not one for a bustling metropolis for longer than a couple of days.

Both. Like a city break, but also like to switch off sometimes.

East London

I like both. I like wandering around cities looking at the architecture, sampling local cuisine and enjoying what the city has to offer, and I also like being by the sea or pool in a warm country.

When we went to Tunisia we spent 2 days on a tour of the country and had best of both.

Somewhere near here

With my friends it’s a city break, we love a good old break in the cities with the theatre, food, drinks and history tours.

With my family I like mountains and away from it all. The beach I love, but not for a holiday, only a day visit

London is a marvellous place but the people stress me out big time.

Have you been to Berlin Evie?

The city is huge, but other than major transport hubs and the tourist 'must sees', it never feels busy + there is a huge city park & green space right in the centre. There are also beaches by the river and lakes for those hot summer months.

I like sightseeing, in particular cities with a lot of history.

I also love being out in nature, hikes with beautiful views.

That said, I love to swim in the ocean too, I'm just not that into the lounging on the beach part.

All depends on how long I’m going for.

If it’s a quick 3/4 days (long weekend) city breakers are great. If I’m doing 10 days/2 weeks I’m sitting on the beach and getting some exploring done

"A mix, I enjoy city breaks, beaches, and touring xx"

I like some activities thrown in, eg mountain biking. I couldn't sit on a beach for two weeks
