Also, Blue Peter was giving green badges in the 80s for environmentally friendly things, I have one (though I can’t remember what I got it for). It’s not new for them to be encouraging green behaviour.

I agree the BBC should be neutral... But that ship sailed some considerable time ago. As for blue Peter... Not sure it is significant anymore but anything they can do to turn kids thoughts to being better and doing better is a good thing.

As much as it pains me I think rashford has been outstanding and comes across as a wonderful young man and has seemed to me to be at pains to ensure his utterances have remained politically neutral and has so far done a brilliant job of engaging youngsters with the issues on their own doorstep. Wish there were a few more like him.
