Has anyone had an IVA with the debt management company called Payplan? What are your experiences?

I haven't but I have worked in the debt advice industry...

As an individual, if there is a way you can avoid an IVA I would highly recommend it because of the length of commitment and the cost.

If you want to drop me a PM rather than discuss on a forum I wouldn't mind.
