The (cock b)lock down is getting to me... serious Groundhog Day vibes! Looking for some recommendations for uk based BDSM/kink/fetish shops and toys so we can explore some more.

Amazon is always a good one, looking for things to pervert (lock down has taken away trips to the DIY stores) browsing piccies and working out how to make it to suit my purposes is always a fun pass time too

All of the following would be available on amazon or from a range of shops, but for the purposes of safe/cheap purchase;

Tights make good;

gags, blindfolds, hoods, armbinders, improvised straight jackets, leg binders and after an alternive to rope.

Cotton wall cleaning pads block out lots of light and in combination with a stocking make an excellent blindfold

Luggage/webbing straps, make for excellent bondage materials easy to adjust, quick to release, very strong and cost effective

Rope ratchets, rope self tensioners that are use to had lamps etc, but clip easily to cuffs so you can tie someone down/up spreadeagle/hogtie easily and keep the ropes nice and tight so no escapeing

One that was mentioned to me recently (I look forward to trying it) mini paint roller, the sponge bit, into a stocking for a bit gag.

I'm sure there are other bits and bobs, but that's what leaps to mind currently

Pervertables are wonderful things, as well as DIY shops, kitchen shops are also good, who hasn't used a wooden spoon for naughty spanking fun and a silicone spatula can come very keen.

Just be careful with anything like tights, fine plastic rope etc if you are using it to tie with.

Due to the material any knots can get very tight and difficult to undo, due to the elasticity of the fabric.

Get a pair of paramedic shears (Very cheap on eBay) as a quick release tool if needed.

Also using sponge as a gag can be iffy, as the sponge can compress in the mouth and possibly swallowed, causing an obstruction in the throat. Best to stick to solid items for gags, dog chew toys are great.

I agree with the sponge etc, anything soft or compressable, put it into a stocking, stops it being swallowed, allows you to fix it in place and in certain role play will just add to the scene
