Ok all you green fingered folk out there why are my courgettes rotting when they get to about finger size...

they are in a big pot so not on the ground and they are rotting from the flower end

It's the rain - don't sweat it. Normally I grow mega-dong sized courgettes, but this year they are all Waitrose-style super-expensive mini versions. We're all in the same boat
