Went on an 8 mile walk today in the bloody rain and could not get warm after.

I'm not usually a fan of baths but I bought one of those bath trays the other week and thought I'd try it our.

Ran the bath super hot then let it cool down a bit (also warmed to bottom of the bath a bit as I dint like it cold lol), kindle, phone, mug of coffee, Andrew Lloyd webber songs playing courtesy of alexa.... Spent nearly an hour in there!

My new favourite indulgence I think. Might take snacks next time lol

Haven't had as many baths in the last year than I had in the previous 20! Quite relaxing these days when there's not a lot doing.

In a ball gown because that's how we roll in N. Devon

Before lockdown I had probably had 4 or 5 baths since I was a child. Since lockdown I've averaged about 3 a week.

And I can spend hours and hours in there.

I love a hot bubble bath

I always take my kindle in and often light a candle or two

Sometimew the cat comes in and keeps me company, on the bath mat.

I do need to get a bath tray though just to make it all a little more indulgent x
