I can hear a Ice Cream van around our way In febuary

Anyone else heard them round their way ?

I was told if the ice cream van chimes, then they are out of ice cream. Which always seems to be the case, hopefully one day I will get to try some ice cream ?!

They are forever by me, but rarely sell ice cream! Milk and all sorts in our one. It’s basically a mobile shop.

I live opposite a man who has a fleet of ice cream vans (there not actually using them atm) but everytime he fires one uo to clean it and what not I'm like hhiiii can I please make me ice cream haha, sure he thinks I'm nuts wanting ice cream in Feb but I don't care what's the point on having an ice cream van man as a neighbour if you can't pull some strings
