"Just a question I can always get a hard on and with no problem one bit but after I’ve cum I won’t get hard again for a while and my new lady friend is very highly sexed and I want to keep going if you know what I mean by that so is having a blue pill a good idea for me to take " I doubt you would benefit much from it if you do not struggle to get or maintain an erection, as I do not believe it does anything for the refractory period. Best thing is to move to other activities while you wait to get hard again.

Hours? Days? The various pills available *can* help with the refractory period to an extent but they don't automatically make you hard (contrary to the stereotype) they only work if you're aroused enough to get a hard on in the first place - so if you don't normally have issues getting an erection, then I'm not sure they'd make a difference. As _etcpl suggested the best bet is to continue giving pleasure in other ways that don't involve your cock and it will likely awaken naturally when it is ready. If you genuinely have concerns then discuss them with your GP or a pharmacist.
