Well that's not strictly true now, is it. Everyone can have performance problems/anxiety

There and to the left a bit

OP think about this for a moment - you're asking a group of random strangers on the internet if they have any pharmaceutical drugs to enhance performance - would you really trust anyone coming forward saying they did (even if it was allowed, which I'm not sure it is)?

If you genuinely have a need because you regularly suffer from erectile dysfunction issues, then you have my complete sympathy, but do yourself a favour and get along to your GP or Pharmacist who can make checks to ensure there are no underlying health issues that might be the cause and more importantly offer the right product for you, that will be safe to use.

If you can generally get hard without a problem and are just looking for something "extra" or to "try it out" then I suggest you don't - you could potentially cause more problems than you know about and that's before you consider the dangers of taking something supplied by a stranger on the net.

I doubt you would benefit much from it if you do not struggle to get or maintain an erection, as I do not believe it does anything for the refractory period.

Best thing is to move to other activities while you wait to get hard again.

Define "a while" - minutes? Hours? Days? The various pills available *can* help with the refractory period to an extent but they don't automatically make you hard (contrary to the stereotype) they only work if you're aroused enough to get a hard on in the first place - so if you don't normally have issues getting an erection, then I'm not sure they'd make a difference.

As _etcpl suggested the best bet is to continue giving pleasure in other ways that don't involve your cock and it will likely awaken naturally when it is ready.

If you genuinely have concerns then discuss them with your GP or a pharmacist.
